The Service Pack applies to all AutoCAD 2017 based products.
The SP1 includes all the three previously released AutoCAD 2017 hotfixes.
Service Pack 1 is available via the Autodesk Desktop App.
As of this posting the Service Pack does not yet appear on the public…

There is always some fear and loathing for writers associated with a post about newly introduced feature in the latest AutoCAD Civil 3D. New product features do tend to arrive as a work in progress.
