I had someone call me up and ask me about the new National CAD Standard (NCS) 5.0. For some reason, I'm seem to be becoming an "expert" on the subject of civil engineers and the National CAD Standard. Is is time to up the game for Civil Engineering firms and agencies employing AutoCAD based products in releases 2010 through 2012? I think so. Civil 3D Styles can be mystifying. So many details and picky little properties that can overwhelm and confuse the best of us. As one valiant City staffer put it,
