Autodesk released the usual collection of Extensions and Utilities for Autodesk Civil 3D 2023 this week. The Civil 3D Extensions and Toolbox Utilities do tend to make the week prior to Memorial Day weekend interesting. These important tools are something we must wait for each year here in Civil 3D Land.

Right now, it is pretty hard to miss that the Autodesk rebranding campaign for the Autodesk 2023 products is already afoot. Do we call the new Autodesk branding Back to the Black or just the Bird? Autodesk continues the August flood of the Civil 3D 2019.1 release cycle products. When the blitz happens it feels like we’re installing a new Autodesk update for something else every day.
