Frankly, if State DOT’s and public agencies that use or want to support AutoCAD Civil 3D deliverables adopted the Framework for Civil 3D everyone’s life would be better. Sadly, some of the public Civil 3D templates available from these folks are downright embarrassing. Thankfully, others are not.
