Autodesk last week released a rash of end of Autodesk fiscal year updates for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016. Think of this like the ex-President’s helicopter fly-by tour of Washington DC on his way out of town after the inauguration of President Trump. That does not mean we should ignore it. Things that may seem trivial to some are not necessarily trivial to others.

Autodesk released AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 Service Pack 4 and updates to Productivity Pack 3 and Transportation Extension v1 for AutoCAD Civil 3D Service Pack 3.1. These are all available via the Autodesk Desktop App and via the Autodesk subscription download site.
AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 SP4 does not yet appear on the public AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 download page. This typically takes a week or more.

Note the following two Subscription benefit updates require the previous install of AutoCAD Civil 3D SP 3.1. The updates fix various issues in the latest Productivity Pack 3 and Transportation Extension v1.

The Productivity Pack 3.1 for Civil 3D Sp3.1 Update

This update fixes some issues and creates new features in the Traverse Editor.
The readme also includes a full list of resources supplied in the Productivity Pack 3.

An install of the Transportation Extension above in the Autodesk Desktop App also seems to automatically trigger the SP4 install below.
