As Jeff points out it helps a lot to know thy subassemblies.
If you employ well executed Output Parameters in your Assemblies, they are easier to use and more flexible with less maintenance required.

The new Transparant Command Ribbon is obvious and better than the Toolbar. Many people tend to employ the command line for the Transparent commands we use all the time.
The new Right Click menu addition is especially nice to have and maybe a bit easy to miss.
