Aug 10, 2012 Today Autodesk released a Data Shortcuts Hot Fix for the recently released SP 2.1 for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012.
Autodesk released this Hotfix to deal with a Data Shortcut issue with the latest AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 SP 2.1 (released last week).
The Data Shortcuts Hotfix resolves an issue were a user is asked to save a drawing before creating a Data Shortcut, then saves the drawing, retries to create the Data Shortcut but is again prompted to save the drawing.
