The AutoCAD 2020 Block Performance Hotfix addresses issues with the new Insert palette tool in AutoCAD 2020 and related products when a drawing with a large number of blocks is opened in the tool interface.

The AutoCAD 2020 Block Performance Hotfix must be downloaded from the Autodesk downloads website. Here’s the link.
The install requires a manual replacement of two ddls and requires administrator rights in Windows to perform the upgrade.
