AutoCAD Map 3D 2023.0.4 Update

The AutoCAD Map 3D 2023.0.4 Update is available via the Autodesk Access App or via download from the Autodesk subscription site. The update install requires access to the original AutoCAD 2023 install resources.

There is an AutoCAD 2023.1.5 Update available that should be installed prior to the Map 3D 2023.0.4 Update
Updates to the other AutoCAD 2023 ToolSets were also released.

This latest update includes security updates and resolves several issues in features like Plot, MAPTOACAD, and Industry Models.

The Map 3D 2023.0.3 Update addresses the following:

Fixed Issues

General

• Occasional crashes when working with layouts.

FDO WFS

• Occasional crashes when connecting to some WFS URLs.

Security update

• Improved stability with security updates for Map and third-party components.

Plot

• Plot job progress now finishes in a reasonable time when plotting multiple WMTS viewports.
• WMTS background no longer shifts when plotting DWG to PDF.
• You can now set the zoom level when plotting a map with WMTS data.

MAPTOACAD Command

• MAPTOACAD now correctly exports data for industry model drawings with WMTS connections in display model.
• MAPTOACAD now correctly keeps the XY offset for FDO text during export.
• MAPTOACAD now correctly exports objects correctly when a non-default zoom scale is specified.
• MAPTOACAD now correctly creates identical block names for the symbols containing text.

Industry Model

• The EL_CIRCUIT form now opens as expected when working with specific Oracle-based industry model data.
• AutoCAD Map 3D no longer crashes when running COGO Split function for DWG-based industry models.
• AutoCAD Map 3D no longer crashes when zooming in and out with multiple structure internal windows open.
• The Reverse feature now works as expected for a Linear Referencing System industry model.
