The Autodesk Civil 3D 2019.3.1 Update is available via the Autodesk Desktop App or via download from the Autodesk subscription site.
The Update requires access to the original install resources.

Fixes includes in the Update:

Reference Templates

• Fixed an issue in which an expression in a child label style's Rotation Angle field was removed after applying a reference template.
• Fixed an issue in which an attached reference template would overwrite the units in a drawing.

Styles

• Fixed an issue in which the By Block setting that was specified for the pipe centerline color in a pipe style was not applied to the pipes in the drawing.
• Fixed an issue in which the default styles in a drawing were changed if the drawing was opened and saved in a different version of Civil 3D.
