Mar 25, 2025 – Autodesk releases Autodesk Civil 3D 2025.2.1 Update
The Autodesk Civil 3D 2025.2.1 Update is available via Autodesk Access or via download from the Autodesk subscription site.
The official release date of the release is Mar 24, 2025.
The Update install requires access to the original install resources.
There are recent and available Autodesk Identity Manager Service, Autodesk Licensing Service, and Autodesk CER Service updates that should be installed prior to this update.
Autodesk Cloud functionality requires the most recent release of the Autodesk Desktop Connector is installed.
Autodesk Civil 3D 2025.2.1 Update
Autodesk Civil 3D 2025.2.1 Update addresses an issue where Civil 3D custom profiles could not be installed. The Update also addresses Dynamo security issues, as well as errors with nodes that create property definitions. This update also enables the Data Shortcut APIs for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows.

- Fixed an issue in which the PropertySetDefinition.AddAutomaticPropertyDefinition node would not correctly set the automatic property source.
- Fixed an issue in which certain surface types returned as objects instead of surfaces.
- Fixed an issue in which list definitions created using the PropertySetDefinition.AddManualPropertyDefinition node would not have the correct default value.
- Fixed an issue in which the True/False property definitions created with the PropertySetDefinition.AddManualPropertyDefinition node caused the application to hang when accessed by the Style Manager dialog.
- Fixed an issue in which the PropertySetDefinition.AddManualPropertyDefinition node did not set the correct default value based on the property data type.
