The Autodesk Licensing Service 13.1.1.12 Update is available via the Autodesk Access or via download from the Autodesk subscription site.

The update requires access to the original install resources.

This ALS update was officially released on Apr 4, 2023 in conjunction with the Autodesk 2024 release products.

Autodesk Licensing Service 13.1.1.12 Update

This is a cumulative update and contains all changes from the updates previously released.

As a best practice, it is recommended to always apply the latest available update for Autodesk Licensing Service before launching the products for improved reliability and performance.

The build number of this release is 13.1.1.12.

Starting with the June 2022 update, Autodesk customers with multi-user subscriptions or Token-flex implementation using Autodesk Network License Manager (NLM) are required to upgrade the Network License Manager to the latest version v11.18.x to support Autodesk 2020 and newer version products.

Issues Addressed

This update fixes an issue due to which certain product users (who are both the owner of their subscription contract and user of the software) could see the “Subscription Expiring” message every 2 minutes when their subscription is about to expire if they previously installed v13.0 licensing update

Important Notes from the Feb Update

Starting February 27, 2023 Autodesk will enable an in-product message for users who may attempt to run a single product subscription on more than two devices simultaneously. The message will prompt users to pause the product on the other device or sign in as a different user.

This capability will be enabled for Inventor and Civil 3D to begin with.

This capability will eventually be enabled for more products in the future. We expect these notifications to provide improved transparency and safeguards against non-compliant over-use on multiple devices.

  • Addressed an intermittent issue where macOS users were unable to complete a product installation due to a license registration error.
  • Addressed an issue due to which user information was not shown inside the in-product menu immediately after Sign-In.
  • Additional minor fixes that address sporadic licensing errors and performance improvements.
