The Autodesk Revit 2024.2.2 Update is available via Autodesk Access or via download from the Autodesk subscription site.
Autodesk Revit 2024.2.2 Update
The Revit 2024 updates are cumulative and include all changes from previously released Revit 2024 updates.
Revit 2024.2.2 Update does not support uninstall.
If Revit 2024.2.2 Update is applied to Revit 2024 the software cannot be reverted to its pre-update state.
This update addresses customer reported issues and product instabilities.

Issues Resolved
This update contains the Revit 2024.1.1 implementation to address an extensible storage schema issue affecting addons and projects that are upgraded for Revit 2024.
Revit 2024.1.1 Update or higher are especially important for worksharing users that all project team members are using this release of Revit. Why? To avoid the possibility of older versions of Revit 2024 reintroducing this problem back to the project teams’ model.

- Improved stability when editing walls with dimensions.

- Enabled the use of Generative Design studies with very long string inputs, such as large serialized geometry.
HVAC Zones
- Improved stability when modifying HVAC Zones.
Import/Link DWG/DXF/DGN
- Improved stability when using the Manage Links dialog for some projects with invalid CAD files.
Mechanical Systems
- Fixed an issue that created extra systems while connecting duct network components.
MEP Fabrication
- Fixed an issue with Reload Configuration to better support groups.
MEP Systems Analysis
- Integrated version 1.1.9 of OpenStudio CLI for Revit 2024. This version includes important bug and security fixes.
Parameters
- Improved stability when adding a shared parameter of type 'energy' if the instance/reporting type was already set.
- Fixed an issue where fabrication parts when vector printed displayed under walls as an underlay and under the model in MEP views rather than showing on top.
Routing Solutions
- Fixed an issue to support taps that have flanges attached to them when splitting the main duct.
Steel Connections
- Improved stability when using the Reload Latest option on models with steel connections.
Worksharing
- Improved performance when opening models with a large number of deleted worksets.
- Improved stability when reloading RVT links.
