Enhancements
The InfoDrainage 2025.4 Update introduces enhanced sub-catchment modelling capabilities through the addition of Land Use and Soil Type polygons. This feature allows the incorporation of detailed polygon attributes to refine hydrological calculations for each sub-catchment, providing a more accurate and spatially informed approach to drainage design.
With this update, land use polygons come with specific attributes that reflect different surface and environmental conditions. Each land use polygon can include:
- Land Use (e.g., Urban Areas)
- Cover Type (e.g., Open Space)
- Condition (e.g., Poor)
- Volumetric Runoff Coefficient (e.g., C = 0.84)
- Percentage of Impervious Area (e.g., 80%)
Soil type polygons, in turn, incorporate Soil Group values as an attribute (e.g., Soil Type A).
Fixed Issues
Validation
- Downstream channel inverts are now validated to ensure that they are not below the base of the downstream node elevation.
Importing XLSX
- An issue with importing xlsx files has been resolved.
Audit Report
- An issue with indexing phases in some audit reports has been resolved.
Pipe sizing
- Connection Invert Level is snapped to the correct invert level of a sloping Stormwater Control.
LandXML
- An issue with LandXML surface files being re-triangulated has been fixed.
IDCAD
- Export reports invalid or missing part families.
- An issue with exporting a network that has been split after an import has been fixed.
