June 2017 Website Updates

The Framework Release 7 for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 was released at the very end of May.

Release 7 Framework products now support AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018

Website Move and Site SSL Conversion

• We moved the website to a new hosting provider early in June.
  We also completed our conversion to SSL and the more secure https protocol.
  You should get niffty padlock symbols in all reasonably current browsers.
• You should experience better performance on all pages, but we continue to work to improve that.
  We tested and got a significant performance boost in the first couple of days.
• Your connections to the site whether you login or not are certainly more secure.
• The site no longer supports old versions of IE earlier than IE 10.

Known Site Move Issues

• For a few days we manually authorized website registrations.
  Automated Site registration email confirmation has been restored.
  If you tried to register and failed to gain access, please let us know.
• We had a few broken links, but all the known ones have been updated.
• We had a few reported email bounce back errors after the site move which we believe have all been resolved.

General Notes for the Month

An array of new video content was added this month and the Video Archive page is now accessable from more pages.

The Documentation and Help section received lots of edits and updates for the latest Release 7 in May and June
