The Rail Data Exchange Extension 2026.1 for Autodesk Civil 3D is available via Autodesk Access or via download from the Autodesk subscription site.
The Rail Data Exchange Extension requires the most recent Civil 3D be installed.

Rail Data Exchange Extension 2026.1 for Autodesk Civil 3D
The Rail Data Exchange Extension for Civil 3D enables workflows between Civil 3D and rail design tools commonly used in Europe.
This extension currently supports the import and export of XTR files for interoperability with Toporail as well as adding functionality for the import and export of Verm.esn data files (TRA and GRA) and Finland TIT-NYL rail data files.
The extension places a TIT-NYL, Toporail and Verm.esn panel on the Civil 3D Rail ribbon.
