The Roombook Areabook Buildingbook v1 for Revit 2021 is available via the Autodesk Desktop Connector app or via download from the Autodesk subscription site. The update requires access to the original install resources.

Roombook Areabook Buildingbook v1 for Revit 2021

The Roombook Extension calculates the room-related surface areas of walls, floors and ceiling elements as well as room circumferences and furnishing elements for a complete material calculation of the interior finish.

The Areabook Extension calculates living and net areas by rooms and room groups and also calculates net, gross, and construction floor areas by project to create a comprehensive floor area calculation.

The Buildingbook Extension calculates the material-related quantities of constructive building parts for detailed quantification of materials under consideration of layers, parts and components.
