The update requires access to the original install resources.

This hotfix contains security updates for Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis for both Civil 3D 2022 and AutoCAD Map 3D 2022.
It appears this Update also matches SSA 2022 code to the SSA 2023+ code and supplied features.
