InstantOn and Jump Kit Products are initially supplied with 5 seats.
As additional seats should be are purchased based on your Autodesk subscription count for Civil 3D in 1 seat increments.

The trial product Templates Only is single seat product.
Purchases of Templates Only receive credit towards the purchase of any product for 90 days from date of initial purchase.
