Annotative objects are useful in Civil 3D in publication drawings.
If we misunderstand the difference between a Civil 3D working drawing and a publication drawing, that is a problem.
Everything we Annotate with them must also be managed and maintained as well.
The Annotative clearly shows the Power of Names.
