A decent walkthrough of how to set up and build the graphics content of a titleblock for the Sheet Set Manager.
About the only thing missing here is perhaps the fact the sometimes we all occastionaly have to produce and windows plot of a Layout.
You may want to place AutoCAD point or other AutoCAD snapable objects at the corners of the printable area to deal with the problem.

Whether we choose to employ an AtuoCAD polyline or construct the Run Alignment geometry with the other Civil 3D Run creation tools may become more significant than what is covered here.
