Useful Civil 3D Training from public website sources
Autodesk staff, Autodesk Reseller staff, and consultants produce a wide range of video content. Some is product sales demo, but a lot of the staff and/or consultant recordings, lists, and channels include useful application training and helpful tips and tricks for Infrastructure Design products.
Content that is significant video training is listed here.

Corridor Slope Benching with Stock Subassemblies
Comments
Alan explains and shows the classic stock subassembly methods to create sloped benches in a corridor.
If you want to employ repeating conditionals, that is also covered well in a short video.
Most folks are not really aware of neat trick of coping subassemblies to repeat things when you employ conditionals.

Doug Medley of the FDOT Civil 3D support group covers Civil 3D Surface Creation, Editing, and Management in a project context.
Advanced topics like LANDXML surface creations and Microstation GEOPACK TIN conversions with Autodesk Civil 3D Extension tools are covered.
The essentials of surface edits are also detailed with a good review of the Edit stack.

A Primer on Better Civil 3D Surface Creation

Comments
Get over the unique language of FDOT's process and drawing creation. This is an excellent and detailed how to of surface creation.
Note the repeated and consistent process steps to create surfaces, publish the result surface into LandXML (to freeze it), and share that in a project context.
Doug also covers surface and Survey data imports of LandXML data which is not often covered well in the public domain.
Need I point out that FDOT employs multiple different types of inegrated Model Templates for different tasks inside the project context.
The Framework for Civil 3D allows you to easily create the same and manage the Style tools together.
