Joe provides a concise demo of how to make this Feature Line magic work and why you definately want to learn how to do it.
Don't be fooled by the fact Joe employs a single Grading Object in the demo. He employs some UK Country Kit Feature Line Styles, but doesn't clarify how to set the Feature Line Style priority
Feature Line Style Priority is a property of a Site Parcel. In other words, different Site Parcels can have different priority settings too.
You probably do not want to depend on the last created Feature Line basis for priority resolution.
