It is not always necessary to employ a Pipe Network or Pipe Run with Structures to display appropriate graphics and/or generate Labels in our Profile and Section Views in Civil 3D.
A simple AutoCAD block that is stretched to the Profile View vertical scale is used in the Crossing Marker Style.
Example Crossing Marker Label Styles are shown but their construction is not covered here.
