You got to love the CTC Survey Sweeper, but Kyle - Where you run the Process Linework command from in the Civil 3D Survey interface matters.
A better Civil 3D Survey requires that you externalize the creation, upkeep, and maintenance of the resources. Excel works great for some things.
One Description Key Set and one Figure Prefix Db makes about as much sense as one Civil 3D Template that does everything.
