How to create Right of Way Parcels with a Civil 3D Alignment that is created from an AutoCAD polyline.
The demo employs the older Create Right of Way tool in Civil 3D. The Parcel Segment results built be the tool are not dynamic.

We would probably be better served to employ Offset Alignments to create the Right of Way Parcels.
This will get us dynamic results. Maybe we want to have knuckles at the corners for example.
A collection of Data Referenced (DREF) Alignments is a more well-managed way to force Civil 3D to resolve the Parcels within a Site Parcel topology.
There is no rule that says that we cannot employ Alignments to define section and quarter section lines and DREF them to build fundamental Parcel blocks.
