to develop and dynamic flood control volumes solution.

I liked the way Ian employs new Civil 3D 2018 tech with classic grading objects to overcome the dicey details.
It needs to be said that Ian's solution isn't a linear or non-liner corridor, but it nonetheless achieves a useful dynamic solution.
