This is one of the better early demos of the Drainage Analysis Tech Preview including the very basic, but easy to miss, essential DA mechanics.
The new modless Model Viewer, Partial Dref Surfaces, and Project Explorer mechanics and details are covered.
The demo also includes a nice reminder about the newer Coordinate System assignment command and tools for Civil 3D and Map 3D.
