Look Ma, no Connected Alignments, one simple Assembly, a couple of Alignments and Profiles to a Cul-de-sac in no time.
I would use DREF Alignments and Profiles in a real project, but you get the picture and the process.
What simple target would you change if there was a flowline between the sac the roadway?

Jeff. Thanks for the many useful Selection tools reminders in here that help us all work smarter not harder.

I'm personally a big fan of Press and Drag, Shift to Add, and Noun/Verb as standard practice in ACAD apps and particularly Civil 3D.
Don't you get tired of banging away at the the Esc Key all day? Time to quit.
Civil 3D is certainly way more Noun/Verb than many old school CAD folks prefer.
The more you employ the Toolspace to select Civil 3D Features the less time you waste on the screen.
Right click is your best wingman and friend in Civil 3D.

 Manual Superelevation in Civil 3D

Manual Superelevation in Civil 3D

Alister Ridden of Prokon Build (South Africa) some nifty manual Superelevation tips and tricks in Civil 3D.
From the Prokon Build Channel on YouTube.

It certainly pays to understand how the Design Criteria Standards files relate to the calculated Superelevation results in Civil 3D.
You can then learn to cheat and manually tweak the forced results quicker than an automated method alone.

This Superelevation approach assumes you cannot solve the design problems with Offset Alignments and their Offset Profile children's slope control.
Note that a faked Super calc can provide you with the substantive Station and Slope detail for the above.
