This is an important tip. We will run into the need for super tiny gaps in our Civil 3D Corridors for other reasons.
Simuliar problems aren't confined only to published Corridor Section Views.
For example: if we construct Site Design Corridors and/or Complex Intersection Corridors, we can also have duplicate, show, or no show Corridor Frequency and Region gap resolution issues with Elevation Labels on Corridor generated Feature lines.
Corridor bow tie fixes and resolutions depend on our management of both Corridor Frequncy properties (more is not always better) and small Region gaps.

A workflow to generate a Station Offset report for Blocks in Civil 3D.
The method shown employs Project Explorer to build a report on the block locations.
The report is a csv file which is imported as COGO Points and them reported via the standard Toolbox Point Station Offset report.

It would certainly be quicker to employ a Description Key Set and employ Points and Civil 3D Point Styles to place the "blocks" in the first place.
The Civil 3D transparent 'SO (Station Offset) command allows us to locate any structures (Blocks) relative to an Alignment Station Offset location in the first place.
If we employ Civil 3D Survey Points and Survey Dbs to manage the process, we can generate the Survey Point locations and Survey Point Groups easily into any Project drawing on demand.
