The DWGPrefix Command
The DWGPrefix Command

When you need to know where your current drawing is stored.
The DWGPREFIX Command
Autodesk's Jerry Bartels reminds us of the DWGPREFIX command.
The command displays the storage location of the current drawing in both
the Command line and a tooltip.
From the Jerry's YouTube Channel.
and the Civil Imersion blog.
Comments
If the drawing tabs are turned on in your workspace(the default),
then a simple mouseover of the drawing tab will get you the same visible information with less effort.
The Recent file list also display's the full path.
But DWGPREFIX gets you the result in Command Line text form that you can copy. That alone can be very useful.

Create an Offset Buffer with Corrected Radius Values
Jeff Bartels of Autodesk demos how to employ the OFFSETGAPTYPE system variable set to 1 to generate corrected offset radius buffers from any line segments in any AutoCAD 2015+ based product.
From the Jeff Bartels YouTube Channel.
and the Civil Immersion blog.
Comments
Set OFFSETGAPTYPE to 2 to champher segments at their projected intersections.
The perpendicular distance from each chamfer to its corresponding vertex on the original object is equal to the offset distance.
As Jeff shows - Remember to reset the OFFSETGAPTYPE system variable to 0 or you may drive yourself and others to distraction later.
