Jump Kit Single Release Subscription

The registered site user for the customer receives the right to download a single Release and Version (flavor) of the Jump Kit service product.
All new Update builds and AddOns for the specific Jump Kit service product are automatically included.

The Subscription Agreement

By downloading the Jump Kit service product from the website the customer agrees to the following conditions:

  • The Subscription agreement is automatically billed by our service provider (PayPal, Inc) at a quarterly or 3 month interval on a recurring basis
  • The minimum initial term of the Subscription agreement is 1 (one) year from the date of initial purchase
  • MoreCompetency, Inc reserves the right to end this Subscription agreement, billing frequency, and pricing after the initial 1 (one) year term
    MoreCompetency, Inc. will notify the customers via email to the registered site user of pending changes to the Subscription agreement
  • MoreCompetency, Inc reserves the right to end Subscription agreement access to older Releases and Versions (flavor) of any Jump Kit service product
  • Automated charges will by default continue after the end of the initial 1 (one) year term

Upgrades:

  • The customer may Upgrade the Subscription of the current single Release and Version (flavor) of the Jump Kit service product covered by this agreement by sending a email notification to sales@cadpilot.com.
  • During published working hours and with customer notification, MoreCompetency, Inc will make a reasonable effort to update the registered site user permissions to the new Upgaded Jump Kit service product.
  • Post Upgrade the download access to the previous covered Jump Kit service product will be removed

Subscription Cancellations:

  • The customer may cancel the Subscription agreement by sending a email notification to sales@cadpilot.com.
    The following conditions apply to Cancellations:
    • If the customer cancels the agreement prior to the end of the initial 1 (one) year term, the customer agrees to pay the prorated difference between the total of all payments made and the current published price of the Jump Kit product Release and Version found on the current Jump Kit pricing page.
    • During published working hours, MoreCompetency, Inc will make a reasonable effort to cancel the automated recurring payments with the service provider upon the receipt of the customer cancelation notification.
      We are not responsible for automated charges incurred by the customer for the 24 hours after the receipt of the customer cancelation notification.
    • The customer should recognize that legal bank holidays and other factors beyond our control can delay our ability to cancel the automated charges with the service provider.

Jump Kit Multiple Release Subscription

The registered site user for the customer receives the right to download multiple Release and Version (flavor) of the Jump Kit service products.
All new Update builds and AddOns for the specific Jump Kit service product(s) are automatically included.

The Subscription Agreement

By downloading the Jump Kit service product from the website the customer agrees to the following conditions:

  • The Subscription agreement is automatically billed by our service provider (PayPal, Inc) at a quarterly or 3 month interval on a recurring basis
  • The minimum initial term of the Subscription agreement is 1 (one) year from the date of initial purchase
  • MoreCompetency, Inc reserves the right to end this Subscription agreement, billing frequency, and pricing after the initial 1 (one) year term
    MoreCompetency, Inc. will notify the customers via email to the registered site user of pending changes to the Subscription agreement
  • MoreCompetency, Inc reserves the right to end Subscription agreement access to older Releases and Versions (flavor) of any Jump Kit service product
  • Automated charges will by default continue after the end of the initial 1 (one) year term

Number Limit:

  • The number limit of Release and Version (flavor) of the Jump Kit service products allowed under this agreement is 4 (four)

Added Releases and Versions:

  • The customer may Add a Release and Version (flavor) of the Jump Kit service product covered by this agreement by sending a email notification to sales@cadpilot.com.
  • During published working hours and with customer notification, MoreCompetency, Inc will make a reasonable effort to update the registered site user permissions to the new Upgaded Jump Kit service product.
  • Post Add the download access to a chosen previous covered Jump Kit service product may be removed if the number of Jump Kit service products will exceed the product number limit.

Subscription Cancellations:

  • The customer may cancel the Subscription agreement by sending a email notification to sales@cadpilot.com.
    The following conditions apply to Cancellations:
    • If the customer cancels the agreement prior to the end of the initial 1 (one) year term, the customer agrees to pay the prorated difference between the total of all payments made and the current published price of the Jump Kit Combo product Release and Version found on the current Jump Kit pricing page.
    • During published working hours, MoreCompetency, Inc will make a reasonable effort to cancel the automated recurring payments with the service provider upon the receipt of the customer cancelation notification.
      We are not responsible for automated charges incurred by the customer for the 24 hours after the receipt of the customer cancelation notification.
    • The customer should recognize that legal bank holidays and other factors beyond our control can delay our ability to cancel the automated charges with the service provider.

Framework Plus Services

The registered site user assigned download permissions for the customer receives Framework product basic mentoring services via email and phone during published working hours.

Basic Mentoring Services Do Not Include:

  • Autodesk Product Support except as it directly applies to the employment of Framework for Civil 3D products
  • Autodesk Product Training which the customer may purchase separately
  • Framework Customization Services which the customer may purchase separately

The Subscription Agreement

By subscibing to the Framework Plus Services the customer agrees to the following conditions:

  • The Subscription agreement is automatically billed by our service provider (PayPal, Inc) at a monthly interval on a recurring basis
  • The minimum initial term of the Subscription agreement is 1 (one) month from the date of initial purchase
  • MoreCompetency, Inc reserves the right to revise this Subscription agreement, billing frequency, and pricing after the initial 1 (one) month term
  • MoreCompetency, Inc reserves the right to end Subscription agreement support for older Releases and Versions (flavor) of any Jump Kit service product at any time
  • Automated charges will by default continue after the end of the initial 1 (one) month term

    • If the customer cancels the agreement prior to the end of the initial 1 (one) month term, the customer agrees to pay only the initial 1 (one) month service charge.
    • During published working hours, MoreCompetency, Inc will make a reasonable effort to cancel the automated recurring payments with the service provider upon the receipt of the customer cancelation notification.
      We are not responsible for automated charges incurred by the customer for the 24 hours after the receipt of the customer cancelation notification.
    • The customer should recognize that legal bank holidays and other factors beyond our control can delay our ability to cancel the automated charges with the service provider.
  • MoreCompetency, Inc reserves the right to end this Subscription agreement at any time
